ET Transport Technologies
(et3.com Inc.)
VENTURE:
et3.com Inc. holds technology enabling the next quantum leap in
transportation. Evacuated Tube Transport (ETT) (patent pending)
is a safe, affordable, durable, clean, and fast method and means
for global travel. With anticipated participation, ETT will
manifest in less than a generation.
et3.com seeks U.S. and foreign licensees. The non-exclusive
license includes all related technology that any licensee shall
develop. et3.com is a pool for improvements to ETT technology.
et3.com facilitates the implementation of ETT via periodically
updated online databases. The low cost license ($100 fee, plus 6% royalty) fosters competition and expansion with a
sub license option.
MARKET:
Transportation is the biggest sector in the economy. Annual US
transport expenditures exceed 1 trillion dollars (20% of the
GNP).
The world demand for transport is growing at double the rate of
the economy.
ADVANTAGES:
ETT represents at least an order of magnitude improvement in
speed (2.5 hr. NY to Tokyo), efficiency, safety, durability, and
ecology, over existing air, and ground travel methods. The
improvement exceeds; the automobile vs. horse and buggy; train
vs. stage coach; airplane vs. dirigible; etc. ETT is sustainable
for all the world's population, not just the privileged. The
technologies used in unique combination by ETT are proven, environmentally
benign, and low
cost.
MANAGEMENT:
et3.com is largely managed by licensees. An incentive plan
promotes quality management. As participation expands so does
management qualifications.
OPERATIONS:
et3.com has no employees. All et3.com operations are conducted by
licensees who successfully bid ETT related projects. Licensees submit project
proposals for ranking. Projects are managed by the licensees who undertake the project.
Part of the royalty is divided among licensees
according to the relative value of any contribution to the ETT project.
The major functions of et3.com are to: maintain technical,
project, and licensee databases and accounts; enforce license
terms; prosecute infringement; and assist sub-licensing efforts.
All functions are contracted out to licensees on a competitive
bid basis.
FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS:
Market responses to transportation advances indicate the
progression to ETT will occur in less than 15 years for a 50% share. The
first year U.S. ETT spending potential is $3.62 billion. The
world potential is 5 times greater. Just 10% of the U.S.
potential results in royalty revenue of:
Year---------1 ------ 2 ------ 3 ----- 4 ------ 5
Revenue $22m $67m $136m $231m $352m
CAPITAL AND LICENSEE
NEEDS:
et3.com is self sustaining. Capital requirements are met by
royalty and fee payments. Initial target licensees are in the
capital, accounting, legal, environmental, political, management, communications, and
engineering fields. Ultimately everyone is a potential et3.com
licensee. et3.com needs your expertise. We can and must use our
limited resources to build a clean, sustainable high speed
transportation system that will serve the world for many
generations.
