VENTURE:
et3.com Inc. holds patented technology enabling the next quantum leap in
transportation - less than 2.5 hours New York to Hong Kong. Evacuated Tube Transport (ETT)
is a safe, sustainable, system for global travel. With anticipated participation, ETT will
replace existing transport methods in less than a generation.
et3.com seeks U.S. and foreign Licensees.
MARKET:
Transportation is the biggest sector in the economy. Annual US
transport expenditures exceed 1 trillion dollars (20% of the
GNP). The world demand for transport is growing at double the rate of
the economy.
ADVANTAGES:
The ETT system exceeds the
improvement that the automobile was over horseback. All technologies used
by ETT are proven, environmentally
benign, and low
cost. ETT is sustainable
for all the world's population, not just the privileged.
The inclusive
license includes use of any ETT technology improvements made by Licensees. The low cost license ($100, plus 6% royalty)
promotes open collaboration and expansion with a competitive sub- license
clause, and royalty splits.
MANAGEMENT:
et3.com is managed by licensees. Incentive plans promote quality management.
As participation expands so do
management qualifications.
OPERATIONS:
et3.com has no employees. All et3.com operations are conducted by
licensees compensated with et3.com shares, or fee splits. Licensees submit
proposals, and bid for et3.com functions according to their skills and assets.
Licensees competitively collaborate with other licensees to produce ETT
systems. Part of the royalty income is divided among shareholders;
part is distributed to licensees according to the relative value of any IP they
contribute.
The major functions of et3.com are to: Acquire and pool ETT related technology; maintain technical,
project, and licensee databases and accounts; enforce license
terms; prosecute infringement; and assist sub-licensing efforts.
FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS:
Past market responses to transportation advances indicate the
progression to ETT will occur in less than 15 years for a 50% share. The
first year U.S. ETT spending potential is $3.62 billion. The
world potential is 5 times greater. Just 10% of the U.S.
potential results in royalty revenue of:
Year --1 --
-- 2 -- -- 3 -- -- 4 --
-- 5 --
Revenue $22m $67m $136m $231m
$352m
NEEDS:
et3.com is self sustaining. Capital requirements are met by
royalty and fee payments. Compensatory shares are used to secure key functions in the
capital, accounting, legal, environmental, political, management, communications, and
engineering fields. Ultimately everyone is a potential Licensee. et3.com needs your expertise. We can and must use our
limited resources to build a sustainable, clean, high speed
transportation system that will serve the world for many
generations.
