HTSM (High Temperature Superconductor MagLev)

Anticipated in the ETT patent, the worlds first passenger HTSM was developed
in China by Professor Jiasu Wang and a team of researchers at the Applied
Superconductivity Center of Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJU) in Chengdu
China. The HTSM test vehicle has safely carried 25,000 passengers in
including the President of China. Due to the success of the HTSM a second
generation HTSM system was approved for development.
Late in 2002, et3.com Inc was invited to participate in a technology exchange
at SWJU . At the conclusion of the exchange it was mutually determined
that ETT-HTSM held great promise, and a memorandum of understanding was signed
by both parties. Professor Wang the inventor of HTSM acquired an et3
licensee. Mr. and Mrs. Oster of et3.com Inc. agreed to extended
their stay in China if the second generation HTSM project specifications could
be changed to include ETT Technology.

The ETT-HTSM project was approved in early 2003, and is under implementation.
The applied superconductivity lab at SWJU was promoted to be the
Superconductivity R&D Center of the University, and will offer advanced degrees
in applied Superconductivity. The Superconductivity R&D Center is currently
undergoing a dramatic expansion, ETT-HTSM is a cornerstone project of the new
center.
