Almost all companies have times when knowledge workers have nothing to do.  Perhaps in-between projects, or while waiting on others to finish serial work etc.

Most individuals have skills, training, or knowledge that goes unused during hours not at work, wasting away while watching useless ball games etc.

Perhaps you have special talents,  or interests that your current employer dose not appreciate. You may be able to profit from that hobby or rejected skill.

Any company or individual may profit from an et3.com Inc. License by performing needed  (1)services and (2)functions  for et3.com Inc.  Perform services for et3.com Inc. in exchange for stock, or direct payment; thus sharing in et3.com royalty or fee income.

1)  Compensation for services  is in the form of restricted stock (or options), exempt from SEC filing under rule 701. The stock represents ownership of the company and entitles the holder to a share of any dividends declared, and  benefit from any appreciation in company assets.     Any licensee must weigh the potential risks and rewards associated with company ownership (see executive summary).  Compensatory stock is also offered to licensees as incentive to underwrite sub-licensees.

Example Problem:  Potential Licensees desired independent engineering opinion regarding ETT potential.

Solution:  Two local engineering firms were asked to bid on performing the work, in exchange for shares. The bids submitted were acceptable to et3.com management, and both firms accepted the task.  The two engineering firms used their civil engineering skills to evaluate the patent application.   After reviewing the lengthy paperwork and viewing a computer generated video presentation they drafted comment letters on potential benefits based on experience and skills from an engineering perspective.  The companies were issued shares as agreed.

2) Compensation for Function fulfillment is a portion of Fee income: The $100 license fee is used to offset the fixed (per license) costs of maintaining the et3.com databases, records, and producing and disseminating  licensee materials. et3.com Inc has identified many key tasks, that need to be completed , and functions that need filled to achieve a critical mass of licensees to manifest the ETT system.  Current needs are posted on the Licensee site.  Licensees may bid on performing the needed task or function.   Monetary compensation for services unrelated to fee income is not offered by et3.com.

Example Problem:    Production of licensee materials for all potential licensees attending the et3.com startup meeting in May.

Solution:   A licensee's bid  to do the work as a percentage of the license fee was accepted.  The licensee used their organizational and editing skills to produce and assemble Licensee Packets for all anticipated Licensees.  The licensee elected to accept stock payment instead of cash payment from licensee fees.

Some targeted skills (or assets) are: Web Site design, development, and hosting,  skills / assets; corporate management skills (by state); environmental assessment skills; database and record keeping skills / assets; and order fulfillment skills / assets.

e-mail a list of your skills to et3.com for evaluation and assessment.
